socio-economic mining practices. This chain of custody sourcing ensures

and that the mines are preserved and restored to their natural state.
This certification provides consumers with a trustworthy assurance
that Birks gold and silver are sourced responsibly. Each year, through
our ethical sourcing practices, Birks prevents at least 500,000
tons of earth from being mined.
